John's show opens in Cedar Falls

John's solo show opened last night at the James and Meryl Hearst Center for the Arts in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Click here to view the pictures I took at the opening.

John's been planning this show for more than two years. He went into overdrive in June, creating more than fifteen new works just for the show in two months.

Ki's fifteen!

Here's the birthday boy sitting on his tuffet under the piano. Ki's had a bit of a tough year. He's been a bit perkier over the last few months, though, and he's gained some of the weight he lost after he was attacked last December. As long as he's feeling good enough to walk with me about a hour each day I'm delighted!
