Oven-dried tomatoes

Here's my way of doing oven-dried tomatoes. I love these so much I've even started growing the Principe Borghesi variety that's cultivated in Italy for sun-dried tomatoes. But you don't need a special variety to enjoy these: any small, fully ripe tomato will do well.
