Indian Creek trail was superlative this morning. This is my ideal time of year: temperatures in the low sixties, crisp air, and gorgeous light. The forest canopy is still filling in, but already the foliage has filled in enough to make it harder to see the creek from the path.
After yesterday's marathon at the Marion Arts Festival, it was wonderful to relax with a few runners and walkers and just the sound of birds.
